The factory is built on 136, 000 SQM of land and 66, 500 SQM of building, with the ability to produce: 15, 000 solid engineering doors / month, 8, 000 Molded and Flush Doors / month or approx. a total of 58 x 20 feet container. End Tenoner, Tenon mortizer machine to make precise door mechanism holes. We have our own Saw Mill, Veneer Slicer, and 22 Kiln Dry Chambers as to monitor and guarantee the quality. All this is backed up with abundant stock of log and sawn timber materials. Our main products are A. D / K. D Sawn Timber, Logs and many kind of doors with construction: Solid Engineering / Veneered Doors, Hollow and Solid Core Flush Doors, Molded / HDF Doors, Solid Engineering Doorframe & Architrave, Finishing (Melamine, Water Based,& Polyurethane) , Pre hung service (Making holes for the lever, cylinder, lock case, hinges, and installing or fixing the door leaf with the doorframe) . We also helps preserve the forest by certified with FSC certification and we also using legal forest wood & fast-growing plantation woods (Falcata) . For ordering and / or inquiry (s) , the price factors would be: Species of Wood, Door / Doorframe Size (Thickness, Width, and Length) , Door Model, The available wood species are: Red Meranti (Borneo) , Red Oak (USA) , Nyatoh (Sulawesi) , Teak (Central & East Java) . Minimum order quantity is 1 x 20 feet, or about 350-400 doors. Approx. 30-45 Days after receiving the T/ T and L/ C. Delivery Time (additional 7-15 days for doors with finishing) . For glass doors, we can supply with Paint & Peel glasses. 100% Glue Mark free (UV Testing) . Non-Cracking, Non-Bending, Light-Weight. FOR OUR SAWN TIMBER, we are supplying FMU (Sabah Forest Management Unit) with Environmental Status Certification number of SGS-CoC 2247. Certified by ES-CoC, our Sawn Timber are 100% Non-Mixed with maximum defect of only 1%(Defect Claimable) .
