Also, it was found out that the orthopedic sector had grown 200 percent from 1996 to 2000. Today ASTOR is known all over the country as one of the main suppliers of imported tires, and it has been working with big wholesalers, manufacturers and hospitals, and also clubs with sport and domestic tires. In 2005 the administration felt the need to broaden the range of products. Astor now has tires for motorcycles, certified by INMETRO.
