• About Us : Networx-Bulgaria ltd.(or networx-BG) was founded in 2000 as an ISP. Networx-BG currently consists of two divisions: the ISP division and the infrastructure division. The ISP division is now serving more than 19500 home and corporate subscribers. The infrastructure division deals mainly with Networx-bulgaria Ltd. man network. At present the main project of the company is the IT infrastructure of the northern-eastern part of Bulgaria and mainly in rousse. In this city we are developing a next-generation man network with 96 fibers wdm backbone. Total length of the man is projected to be 107km (67 miles) . It will be entirely fiber-based and will reach every building in the city. In 2005 we have installed more than 30km of underground pipes which form the backbone. Since the beginning of march 2006 we have started installing the backbone cable. In the near future we will develop as the region's main infrastructure provider for telecoms, isps, CATV and other electronic media. At present we are successfully testing our services with isps like nbis. NET and CATV operators like regiana-TV and others. We are also successfully partnering with second largest telecom-company in Bulgaria-orbitel. We provide the infrastructure for all their telephony subscribers in rousse. Since of august 2005 we have established connectivity with Romanian infrastructure providers and major isps. This connectivity will be used for carrying capacity, leased lines of corporate users and voice termination.
