• About Us : P-PLUS SDN BHD EMS/PCBA facility. P-Plus is located at the south tip of Penang, Malaysia at Bukit Panchor Industrial Park, in a facility of 70000 SqFt. With a staff of 350, we are positioned to be able to serve customers that requires EMS (Electronics Manufacturing) services. We are ISO 9000:2000 certified, ISO 14001 certified, and have a LMW(License Manufacturing Warehouse) which enables us to import and export materials tax-free.We have been in operation since 1994, and our list of customers include Western Digital, Sony, Sharp... For their products comprising of disk drives, IP Phones, Remote controls, etc... We have a wide portfolio of customers, in which we provide different levels of support, some up to Board level, some up to Assembly (Box build) level, and certain customers, we do provide for after sales services such as repair, warranty, upgrade, etc... Our assembly volume involves volumes from 2 pieces a month, up to 15000 a day.P-Plus has full fledge assembly facilities comprising of SMT, Auto Insertion, Manual Insertion, Aluminium wire Chip-on-Board, Chip-on-Flex, X-Ray, testing and final assembly facilities. We are able to manufacture to the highest quality according to IPC class 2 or class 3 standards and/or to the customer's specific requirements. We are currently producing electronic modules and electronic products as OEM. We run Oracle as our ERP system.I hope we can be of service, and please let me know if you have any questions.
