This is being developed on over 300 acres of our owned land area. This project will be taken up in stages and the whole project is expected to be completed in the next five years. The company chairman is Mr Sudhir V Shetty who is ably assisted by two sons for the construction and hospitality ventures separately. We are an ISO 9001-2000 rated company. We are also being rated by CRISIL for developer rating and expect to get the certification in three months.
