• About Us : SaporidiMatera activity is the sale of a typical products of our city: the bread, the tipical products of the ours bakeries, extra virgin olive oil and the pasta. Before contacting the future partnerships, we wanted to wait until we had the results from our laboratory analyses concerning the length of time our bread remains fresh after using our new preservation system. The test results have concluded that the preservation process allows our bread to remain fresh, free of mold and bacteria, for up to 240 days. The customer will simply need to open the package and bake the bread for 10-15 minutes in an oven, electric or gas, but not a microwave, and then he can taste the matera bread as if it had just been baked in one of our local bakeries. With our innovative process, we will be able to introduce matera bread into a broader market. There is no need to freeze the bread or add additives and it can be stored at room temperature. This ensures that the freshness, taste and consistency remain bakery fresh thus guarantying that the customer will be satisfied. The new large packaging center is currently under construction and we will be able to produce our product in large quantities very soon. In the mean time we are able to send you a sample so that you may taste our famous matera bread and other products.
