• About Us : OPS Hypoid is based in Hong Kong under a SOPS Hypoiddish management team with years of experience manufacturing and sourcing in Asia for some of the world's leading brands and retailers. Our in house design team, based in Hong Kong, develops innovative seasonal collections of casual wear, lounge wear and work wear as well as separate fabric, print, embroidery and accessory designs. The Hong Kong office also houses our sourcing department for fabrics and accessories, merchandisers in charge of key accounts, and supply chain managers to ensure on time delivery. Our apparel production technical facility in Bangladesh serves as the company's core facility for product, development, manufacturing and merchandising. We have a total production capacity of 145, 000 dz per month in six factories covering some 140, 000 square feet. Two of our factories have small line set up, enabling us to produce more styles in smaller volumes with lower minimum order quantities. The factories are fully compliant with WRAP as well as major US and EU retailers' standards. Our Bangladesh facility has two sample rooms with 60 staff dedicated to working with our Hong Kong designers and merchandisers. The Bangladesh operation also employs 60 merchandisers, 140 quality control staff and 1, 600 factory workers.
