Ozgenc Makina started its activities with the introduction of machinery in the wood processing sector in 1970. After having reached a certain level of success in this field, it sets a new direction in its production in the year 1995, in consideration of general tendencies in the construction sector and presented its machinery producing PVC and aluminium doors windows to its clients. OZGENC 2007-during the beginning of demand for the automated systems has presented on the market four head welding CNC machine. The qualified and skilled employees continue to develop and modernize systems with CNC. Today, Ozgenc Makina is a huge enterprise with a production capacity exceeding 200 machines per month on an site of approximately 5000 m2 including R& D Department dealing with perfection of existing machinery and new developments, Production and Service Departments and Foreign Trade Department. Our factory is located in Bursa, having a population of more than 2 million as the largest industrial hub of Turkey and our production is exported worldwide. The department of Researches and Development by means of Solid Works, Solid CAM and the CNC processing centers has allowed to optimize increase in speed of manufacture and to minimize errors. Produced on the basis of full work security. Compatible with directives of CE Machine Security 98 / 37 / EC and Low Voltage 73 / 23 / EEC. GOST and UkrSepro certified. All details of the equipment with the purpose of minimization errors are processed by the milling and turning centers with CNC. All our products are subject to a rigid quality assurance and our company holds ISO 9001: 2000 compliance certificate of quality management system standard. The machines compact structure and the choice of materials used in its construction give it great working strength and guarantee the high quality of the work.
