There is a severe housing crisis in Central America, with demand exceeding supply. In order to be successful Vivienda Housing and Mortgage Corp. not only build houses, we also arrange mortgage financing for working families by operating syndicated mortgage pools. Our projects are socially responsible investments with satisfying humanitarian results, that produce an excellent ROI year in and year out. Our philosophy is that projects must be financially sustainable, and that the houses we build must have good economic life and resale value for the working families who buy them. We are passionate about our business and have built up solid relationships in Central America and elsewhere. One of our main objectives is to work with large companies that are doing projects, whether in tourism or any other industry, to provide housing for their current and future employees. We are also keen to develop alternative energy strategies in our communities, including solar powered LED lighting, solar heated hot water systems and so on using innovative products and technologies.
