• About Us : Pacific Premium Group has its operation headquarters in the city of Hermosillo, state of Sonora, Mexico. It is formed by companies owned by three partners, with broad experience in the food industry and financial sector. The company's main activity is the production, industrialization, high value processing, export, import and distribution of all types of fish and shell fish. Since 2004, Pacific Premium Seafood first year of operations, we have processed shrimp in several value added presentations like shell on block, headless IQF, headless peeled and deveined IQF shrimp, to export mainly into the United States and the European Union. In 2006, we started our commercialization activities by distributing shrimp and fish products in the export and national market, capitalizing our excellent relationships with restaurants and supermarket chains in Mexico and the United States. Pacific Premium has a directive team formed by 3 persons, 14 employees, and 300 workers. Its processing Plant is located in one of the strongest aquaculture productive regions of Mexico, and has a minimum capacity of 30 daily tons of finished shrimp product, and 1, 000 tons of warehouse capacity. Only in Hermosillo, around 20, 000 tons of shrimp are produced every year, plus 70, 000 tons produced by the state of Sonora, leader producing entity in the national picture.
