About Us : Finca Rosenheim coffee producers and roasters. The "Finca Rosenheim" estate is a family owned and operated estate located 5200 feet above sea level in the Peruvian rainforest; the climate is perfect for the growing and ripening of the coffee cherry. Great care is taken to protect the natural fauna and flora of the forest, which provides the necessary shade for the coffee plants. The planting, caring and harvesting of the ripe coffee cherries is carefully done by hand by our estate workers. The coffee cherries are wet milled, appropriately fermented, washed and first aired under the sun and fresh mountain air. Afterwards the coffee is placed in special temperature controlled dryers and finally, the grains are carefully selected to ensure a perfect roast, so we can offer our consumers an excellent gourmet coffee.
