• About Us : Ndc networks oy (ndc for short) is a value added distributor, established in 1993, focusing in marketing and sales of industrial networking and unique telecommunication access products. NDC Networks Oy customers are system integrators, end users and telecomm operators. We supportThem in three different ways: Firstly, by solution selling whereby products are selected and delivered in response to customer requests. The associated design and configuration work is normally done free-Of-charge. This business is supported by our web pages and e-mailings. Secondly, focused product marketing is carried out for selected products. The marketing activities are targeted to customers appropriate to the product / market segment in question and may include e-mailings, telemarketing activities, exhibitions, road shows and seminars. Thirdly, we serve our strategic customers in close personal contact and organize focused seminars, information service and product demos for their benefit. In our product portfolio we favor products that the customer can be expected to self-install. However, to support the customer, we have extensive pre-installation support that involves design, configuration, testing and packaging. We also provide installationServices, in co-operation with our partners. After the installation we provide technical assistance by phone, swap faulty products and, if required, sign a maintenance contract with the customer, again in co-operation with one of our business partners. Our product portfolio is comprehensive and covers the most important aspects of telecommunications access and industrial networking. We also custom manufacture fiberOptic and copper cables and cable harnesses and sell related products. What we are looking for in a supplier is a company that has the right products, is able to deliver what they promise and displays sincere commitment to their customers (as opposed to companies that "overdistribute") .
