Estate Quest Realty Services will not be able to validly engage into Real state Business had it not been for the issuance of the Mayor's Permit which operates as a license to engage in Business such as Real Estate Business. Its Mayor's Permit No. 3621 was issued to it a day following the issuance of its Certificate of Business Name Registration. Said Mayor's Permit was issued by the Office of the City Mayor of Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines, as alloEstate Quest Realty Servicesd by Section 151, Article III, Book II, of the 1991 local Government Code (R. A. 7160) , and subject to existing laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. His background in management and real estate appraisal and assessment, undoubtedly, contributed a lot in passing the Real Estate Brokers' Licensure Examination. Further, it is worthy to note that Felix G. Morandarte, Jr. is presently in his continuing study in the College of Law. His knowledge of the Laws on Property, Land Titles and Deeds, Sales, Negotiable Instruments, Taxation and other related laws made him more competent and reliable insofar as real estate transactions are concerned.
