Our Chromite is brittle, during extraction, it is still in its lump stage, but during loading and unloading or transportation, it has only approx 20% lump left at the loading docks. We only transact with Local L/C or Cash, no down payment required. Buyer must open L/C first before we operate, operation takes a maximum of 3 months, but we believe we can produce within 1 month because it is an abandoned mine, so we only need a small work. We will not risk a guarantee of 1 month because there will be penalties. Procedure:Buyer opens local L/C at Seller's bank.Seller opens and operates mine.Seller delivers ore in stockyard. Stockyard is less than 5 kilometers from Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines Port.Buyer inspects mode of weight thru Truck Scale owned by the buyer.Buyer inspects goods during hauling from mine site to stockyard thru SGS.Buyer pays Seller 90% of agreed amount after every delivery of 500MT of ores.Buyer arranges for bulk vessel, probably with Roll-on Roll-off capability.Buyer inspects goods again (optional), will be used for final payment.Seller and Buyer supervises weighting of the ores thru the Seller's Truck Scale, will be used for final payment.Seller delivers ores to ship side. Transaction will be based not on FOB but FAS (Free Alongside Ship).Buyer pays Full payment.Seller issues receipts, OTP, and other documents.NOTE: 90% Payment will be done once the ores are at the stockyard.10% final payment will be done once the ores are in the vessel. Seller only issues documents after 10% final payment. Buyer and Seller may appoint any quality and quantity inspection companies (i.e. McPhar or SGS) at anytime at their on expense. Pricing:Grade 40% = $140 / DMT.Moisture content will be added by weight to compensate. (If order is 1000MT, and has a moisture content of 5%, we will deliver 1055MT, the 5MT will be free from the Seller in order to compensate with variance of weight).Bonus / Penalty will be $3 per 1% grade above or below 40%.
