You can bend the bars from 0 degree to 180 degree with our rebar benders. The diameters of the bars can up to 32mm. Now we have three models of the machine, RB-16, RB-25 and RB-32. RB-16 is portable bender and very popular in the customers.There are two models of the steel fiber machine, GS-10 and JQ-11. GS-10 is a high accurate machine; the tolerance can be limited more or less 1%. The machine can make different kinds of steel fibers, such as ripple type, arch type, dumbbell arch, end hook type and so on. Our steel fiber machine can produce 2.5~7Ton per eight hours. Steel fiber widely used in bridge, highway construction. Mixing with concrete, they can make concrete tensile property, compression, anti-cracking strength increase by 15% to 65%.We make different types steel fiber, such as arch type, dumbbell type, ripple type, straight type, milling type, wave type, refinement straight type and end hook type and so on.
