The factory is fully integrated on 15 Acres of land and employees 1, 500 staff.The production includes weaving, dyeing and making up, including embroidery facilities.The factory is working to be WRAP approved and eventually to be SEDEX approved as well and also ISO 9001 certified and Oeko-tex certified.The factory has a needle policy and a metal detector.Our customer based on US market for 20% of the business and the EU just over 65% with the remainder being exported to the Middle East.15% to the total business being is for jacquard terry beach towels to Spain, France and Italy.40% is mainly domestic towels for retail in departmental stores and supermarket chains in France, Germany, UK and Ireland either direct or via importers. We have annual turnover of 25 million US Dollars.Manufacturing facility includes weaving and processing of all types of terry toweling products from premium Pakistani, U.S. Pima Cotton, U.S Supima cotton, Australian cotton, ELS (Extra Long Staple) C.I.S. cotton, Egyptian Giza 70 Cotton and Modal in ring spun and Zero Twist (Loop only) yarns.Weaving facility is equipped with 36 Vamatex and 12 Air jet Iwama Terry Looms capable of producing different weaving patterns using 20 frames Dobby with 17000 kg per day and 18 Jacquard staublies looms with capacity of 4000 kg per day. Beside these we also have 185 power looms. Another advantage we have that in-house embroidery with 12 machines of brudan.We also have in-house yarn dyeing with capacity of 2500 kg per day.Dyeing and finishing equipment is of German origin. Plant is geared up to produce approximately 496,000 kgs of toweling products per month in solids and yarn dye. All products conform to AATCC quality standards for colorfastness, light fastness, washing fastness and shrinkages to CO6a2s standards. The lab is fully integrated with latest technology.We have fully automatic length cutting/stitching machines (Kindai) and automatic slitting machine (Nishi) with capacity of 45000 pieces per day and every piece is checked before going for final packing. Prior to shipment an AQL2.5 is normally carried out unless the customer specifies differentlyThrough our constant research and development we develop products as per required performances, this is pertinent to mention the development of toweling products using Zero Twist Loop yarn, this technology amazingly enhances the soft handle and absorbency of the towel which are The Quality aspects of towels.
