Our raw tapioca Specification ranges from the highest quality of Starch: 65-85% Moisture 15% Sand / Silica 3% Fibre 5% The Tropic Cook Snacks are home cooked in an old fashioned way in which freshness, crunchiness and distinctive flavors are maintained. The products are then transported to the distribution center as soon they are cooked to maintain freshness. The tapiocas consist of 3 flavors, Curry, Original and Black Pepper.
