• About Us : The plant was founded in 1950. The main production is ethyl alcohol (spirit, ethanol) of higher purification (made of treacle-molasses) . It is used in alcoholic beverage industry, wine industry, pharmaceuticals, perfumery, medical industry and producion of chemicals. It is possible to use rectified ethyl alcohol as raw material for ethanol fuel production. The plant staff number is 200 persons. Productive capacity of alcohol production is 1725000 decaliters annually (13800 tons) . Last year after fZavod Rectinal years recearches and testing we began to produce organic fertilizer (Patented in Russia) . It is produced as a result of microbiological transformation of organic materials (plant residues-peel of sunflower seeds, straw) with the help of post-distillery dregs. The post-distillery dregs is a by-product as a result of manufacturing process of food ethyl alcohol based on raw material. It is very nutricious matter, rich with sugar, amino acids, vitamins, micro and macroelements and other biologically active substances. Under the definite conditions andtime organic raw material is decomposting by the the post-distillery dreggs and we have pure and ecologically safe organic fertilizer free from any pathogenic microorganisms, helminthes and grubs of insects.
