SM Auto Stamping Pvt.Ltd. have dedicated stamping facility with Mechanical & Hydraulic Presses from 30Ton to 500 Ton capacity with inhouse Tool design & development facility as our core strength. We are planning to procure more presses for our new location in Nashik. We are specialized in Spring Steel Components required for Clutch Assemblies and are dedicated supplier of clutch components for Mahindra Sona Ltd. (Nashik) . We supply sheet metal pressed & deep drawing components such as Assy. Eng Mounts, Housings, Pressure plates, Vent Cover, Bearing Cups, Seat Springs, Shells (Inner & Outer) , Brackets and many more. We also assemble some small assemblies such as Top, Bottom Plates, Support Brackets, Engine Mounts, Cross members, Arms, Links, Toy Tab Assemblies etc. We have capacity to manufacture critical components with very close tolerance with high volumes. Main areas end use is as follows- Clutch Assemblies- Engine Mountings- Brake Systems- Chassis Components- Engine Brackets- Housings / CoversAll these components are supplied with Zero PPM & KANBAN level is maintained by us online at customer end.
