• About Us : SONIC STEEL INDUSTRIES is the largest Galvanizing company in the Philippines, producing both Zinc coated galvanized and Al-Zn coated steel sheets. SONIC STEEL INDUSTRIES INC main plant is strategically located in the highly industrialized province of Cavite. It is only a few hours away from the capital city of Manila and from biggest international port in the country, Port of Manila. To ensure a consistent quality for our products, we have adapted American, German and Japanese technology in our production equipment and processes. We always strive to seek new technology so we can reduce cost and further improve our quality to internationally accepted standards. Our plant has 2 types of Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) . The 1st Galvanizing line exclusively produces Zinc coated galvanized steel. It has a total capacity of 150, 000 tpy. The 2nd Galvanizing line is a Non-Oxidizing Furnace (NOF) type. This is a very versatile line because it can produce both Al-Zn and Zn coated steel. It has a total capacity of 300, 000 tpy. We are also equipped with value added services such as Tension levelling, Shearing, Slitting, Recoiling and Roll Forming. SUPERLUME Al-Zn coated steel and ULTRABOND SUPERZINC Zinc coated steel are the trailblazing brands of Sonic Steel. Our products have earned the trust of countless engineers and architects. For years, our brands have been used as a measuring stick to gauge quality and performance. The success that we have enjoyed is mainly because of the dedication of the men and women of our company.
