• About Us : Fozmula Limited was established in its present form in 1991 following a buyout from Measurement Limited; formerly a subsidiary of AVO International, which was itself a former division of Thorn EMI. In Thorn EMI, Measurement Limited was concerned with advanced electronic measurement instruments. Following the buyout Fozmula Limited turned its product range to more industrial markets, and thus the current lines of liquid, temperature and level measuring instruments cover the whole technology spectrum from simple mechanical instruments to sophisticated electronics. The Company is proud of its ability to produce bespoke instruments to suit a specific installation in a minimum of time, whilst also holding large stocks of standard products for immediate shipment. In 1994 Fozmula obtained ISO9001: 1994 which was upgraded, in 2003, to the ISO 9001: 2000 accreditation for its organization. Employing more than 50 people at its factory in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, U. K., the Company has grown yearly since its formation. Fozmula Far East Pte Ltd (FFE) was formed in 1996. Ffe has an expert team, which not only services sales of Fozmula products in the Asia market, but is also involved in local manufacturing.
