Ltd.PRESENT SETUPThe company has installed a state-of-the-art manufacturing setup capable of handling capacities of over 4200 mt per annum. The manufacturing setup consists of Two Eight colour, One Seven colour and One four colour Roto-gravure printing machine for handling multi-colour jobs with contemporary features like auto-registration and web-video. Lamination consists of a solvent-less laminator of Nord Meccanica and a triple layer laminating machine equipped to handle all types of jobs. In addition to the above setup there are 2 pouching machines which can make customized pouches like the 3 side and center seal, gusset, stand-up, Zipper, D Punch, Zip-lock, and many other. The company is equipped with a full-fledged testing lab for input, online and output testing to help minimize the defects. A large warehouse supports the manufacturing setup helping in sorting and storing the finished material. Today, Shrinath laminates is an ISO Certified company for its manufacturing processes. NEW SETUPWith the increasing demand for the Flexible packaging material and with our eyes on the future we have hereby planned a Greenfield project under the name Shrinath Rotopack Pvt. Ltd. which will be at your service by July 2007 which in turn will increase our capacity by 5000 mt, with the installation of ROTOMEC printing machine with a web width of 1300mm and a NORD MECCANICA SUPER COMBI 3000 (Solvent Less and Solvent Based) lamination machine taking our total capacity to 9200 mt and thereby helping us to tap the always growing Flexible packaging Industry all over the world. Shrinath Rotopack shall commence the work under the guidelines of BRC IOP and shall achieve the certification of the same by the year end. EXPORTSOut of the total sales, exports contribute 17. 5% and are increasing considerably. Presently we are having exports to UK, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Canada, Malaysia, MALAWI, Nigeria, Ethiopia and many more are expected to be added in the coming months.
