• About Us : On 24th of December 1998 company IzoElektro d.o.o., production and trade (shortened: IzoElektro d.o.o.) was founded. Company was registered on 25th of January 1999 at district cIzoElektro d.o.o.t in Maribor (consecutive number of entry: 1/10551/00) and started to operate on 26th of January 1999.Basic characteristics and orientations.Company IzoElektro d.o.o. since foundation onward is focusing most attention to:* development, production and sales of own products,* developmentally and research works,* sales of products of domestic producers intended for electro distributions needs.Because of our good knowledge of circumstances on domestic and foreign markets from field of electro-energetic we were in predominant part engaged on sale of equipment for maintenance, renewal and set up of electro-energy systems. These systems in world amongst self vary regarding voltage level of transmission of energy, configuration of ground, density of population and of energy needs of consumers. As small company we possess possibility of quick adjusting to needs and demands of market. With own skilled workers and external cooperators we includes to professional groups of individual electro-distributors in Slovenia. We monitor their development plans and orientations. On base of concrete needs for rationalization and modernization of equipment and on activity of system of transmission of electrical energy we are preparing developmental projects, which are directly bound on technological supplementing and rationalization of electro energy systems.Description of activitiesSubject of our business is production and selling of power transport equipment intended exclusively for electro-distribution needs for maintenance, renewal and set up of electro-energy systems (for use on overhead power line networks from 10kV up to 36kV). Our most important sales articles are products from own production:* Spring clamp (VS) and ceramic insulators with already fastened spring clamp (VS VHD 20 PbSb and VS VHD 25 PbSb). Spring clamp is product of our own research and development. In 1999 IzoElektro d.o.o. has taken out patent for a spring clamp.* Universal tension clamp (SZ-U) is used for tightening of conductors on power lines. The speciality of the clamp lies in its double handling, which enables fastening to the clamp, regardless of the turn of the eye on the insulator. That enables to electro-distribution companies reduction of stocks of composite insulators for half.* Strain and support composite insulators. They have core from glass fibres, metal connections and insulating coat from silicone rubber. They fit in newer products on world markets. The advantages of these, in comparison with ceramic and glass insulators are: light weight, easier transport, simple fitting, greater dielectric endurance and low price without maintenance costs.* Low voltage ZnO surge arresters for outdoor and indoor fitting. We are the only on world market producing LV surge arresters for outdoor fitting with housing from silicone rubber.* Middle voltage ZnO surge arresters are designed for protection of middle voltage power lines from all kind of excess voltage.Beside stated own products we deal above all with sale of elements for middle voltage power line networks as are: pillars, braces, spirals for fixing conductors, concrete bench mats, clamps, screws.We sell also all remaining equipment that electro-distribution companies order from us.Quality of businessIn company IzoElektro d.o.o. are aware that quality of business is important.
