About Us : Nawab Abdul Malek Jute Mills (BD) Ltd. Was purchased from the Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation (BJMC) in 1978. At that time, it had a production capacity of only five tons per day, producing local hessian cloth. Now, the factory is one of the finest private jute yarn manufacturers in the country, with an installed production capacity of over 12, 000 tons per year. NAM Jute Mills only manufacture high grade yarn such as CRT, CRM and CB, and our products are 100% exported. We are an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, assessed by Orion Registrar Inc. , USA. The factory is situated in Kanchpur, Sonargaon, approximately 10 km from Dhaka, and employs roughly 1200 workers. We manufacture a regular range of yarn count from 6 lbs to 60 lbs. We are also specialized in manufacturing a yarn count of 4 lbs, and are one of the few jute mills in Bangladesh to offer this finer quality yarn to our clients. We can customize the yarn starting from single ply to any number of ply on demand. We also offer a range of dyed yarn as required by the client.
