The grapes used to produce plots come from our property, which we monitor them throughout their vegetative growth and maturation process, picking at optimal ripeness. We also have stainless steel tanks for storage of wine, for a capacity of 1.100.000 liters. We have a lounge for 70 barrels, of which 70% are American oak and 30% French oak. We currently have equipment for bottling of wine with an output of 1,200 bottles an hour. We are taking the market about 600,000 bottles a year.
