About Us : Uviluq Blue will produce top quality blue mussels. Because of our geography and clean, clear, cool waters that is situated in a non populated region we are able to achieve this. We are located on the Lower North Shore of Quebec, Canada on the 52nd parallel. The Blue Mussels coming out of this region is known to be of better quality and has a higher meat to shell ratio than other producers. Our annual production will start at a million lb with a potential to be much larger depending on the demand. All serious inquiries will be able to sample our product and we are also welcoming investors.
