The AVB-technologies staff is high-educated, qualified personnel with rich (20 years) experience in thermometry and high-temperature process control fields. AVB-Technologies products include various technologies and equipment for high-temperature foundry technological processes control. The techologies covered by Patents. Our projects was awarded in anual contests of scientists and engineers: - Winner of annual Ukraine contest of inventers-Invent of the year 2003 in field of Chemistry and Metallurgy. - Winner of annual scientists contest-Potential of young scientists to Kiev city (2004) in field of energysaving technologiesWe are provide manufacture, delivery, adaptation, chief-installation, commissioning and after-sale service of the systems. Also, we ensure teaching of customer specialists and technical support of our products. Our systems provides: - continuous temperature measurement of molten metals directly in pouring, holding and melting furnaces with continuous technological cycle (during all lining exploitation term) and continuous casting equipment; - continuous and periodical contactless temperature measurement of opened metal surfaces in vacuum furnaces, tapping stream, slab under mold etc. ; - continuous temperature measurement and control of heating furnaces; - data acquisition, computer treatment and registration of measured and controled technological parameters, errors and addition technological process information. The continuous temperature control allow to reduce energy consumption, waste of charge materials; to exclude technological errors connected with temperature (temperature defect of details, destruction of the form, damage of the lining, etc. ) ; to increase the exploitation term of the lining and to ensure needed quality of the molten metal. Our devices are compatible with PLC of other producers and could be include in existing automation control systems. Also, technological control could be realized on the base of our programmable universal controller.
