The plant was located at 99 / 3 Chiangrai-Dongmada Road, Maekorn, Muang, Chiangrai 57000 where considered as a gate way to the Southern China, Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam. Northern Food Complex is the largest manufacturer of Japanese soy sauce, Japanese seasoning sauce and local type of sauce producing from malts in Thailand. At Northern Food Complex, all plant machinery is the best of its kind in production technology in the world. The large proportions of the machineries and equipments have been imported from Japan. Plants and constructions Nortern Food Complex Co., Ltd.re designed and supervised under a Japanese leading engineering company. The planned plant capacity is 4, 000 kiloliters per year and installed plant capacity is 2, 000 kiloliters for the beginning. In the first stage the company produce Japanese soy sauce, Japanese seasoning sauce and Malt seasoning sauce with variety of flavor and in the near future the company is going to produce Chinese soy sauce and other seasoning sauce that utilize the fermentation soy sauce base for the domestic market
