• About Us : Started as only a small processing plant with a dozen workers, Jeans & Me Ltd was founded in 2000. After several years' development, Jeans & Me Limited now a Medium-scale denim company which has two sub-factories, eight production lines, with a yield output up to 200 thousand per month. Totally, the company has more than 250 sets of kinds of professional garment-making equipment, more than 350 regular workers as well as OEM ability. At the same time, we can add new production lines at any time when needed by business development and order increment. All the time, we take good quality as our lifeline and have strict quality control from all aspects. From the very beginning of cloth-weaving, fabric-testing, cutting, producing online and washing to packing, we have specialized personnel and QC to follow-up. All our products are produced in accordance with European environmental standards, which is Azo-free for fabrics and washing, nickel-free for button, zipper and other metal accessories. As per the special environmental protection requirements from European customer, we would take production samples to inspection institution such as ITS, to get certification to ensure these products are produced in full compliance with European requirements of environmental protection. What's more, we would also have third-party inspection before shipment according to the requirements of clients. In the past few years, we have set up long-term partner relationship with some trust-worthy suppliers for cloth, washing, embroidery, print and other accessories, so the production cost is reduced greatly. What's more, we could ensure the high-level quality and on-time production. Our design and research ability has always been strengthened with the development of the company. Now we have 2 professional fashion designers, 3 cutting master and 10 sewing master in sample-making room, so we could put forward new styles according to market development and the latest fashion trends. What's more, we could also develop new series of styles based on styles provided by customer, which was welcomed by customers in the past. As for the new quarterly collections artwork from customers, we could make samples fully complying with the specific requirements of artwork to meet the aesthetics requirements of designers and to get the best sales results. 80% of our products are exported, mainly to Europe (Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy and so on) , the Middle East (Israel, Dubai) , Australia, and other parts of worldwide, so we are experienced in foreign trade dealing.
