A five axis CNC milling machine and a 3D coordinate measuring machine greatly increases the tooling efficiency and decrease cost and time. With the help of rapid prototyping, we have prompt sample deliveries. Laboratory and testing facility performs spectral analysis, mechanical analysis, hardness, microstructure, radiographic / x-ray inspection, penetrant crack / surface defect inspections during and after the manufacturing for the best products.
