• About Us : OZKURT AUTOMOTIVE has been founded to serve to automotive subsidary industry as a small workshop in Cevizli in 1975, now, continouning it's facilities in 8300 sqm area which consist of 5100 sqm closed and 3200 sqm open. OZKURT AUTOMOTIVE is specilized in the area of steel sheet forming moulds (both standart and progressive) , cold metal formed parts, assembled parts and welded part products. Our company have the capacity to produce approximately 10 million parts annualy on one shift basis. Our company, once again proved the given importence to quality, environment, personnel health and safety, by taking the necessary sertifications. For this reason, have been certified with ISO 14001 in 2004, ISO 18001 in 2005, ISO / TS 16949 and Q1 (Ford Motor Company preferred Quality Status) in 2006. 3D an 2D measurement devices are used for measurement of all moulds, fixtures and parts while our laboratory enables welding penetration tests, hardness measurement, pressure and current measurement, illumination and noice measurement. Our company takes the advavantage of having young and dynamic personnel. Design and manufacturing of all standart and prograssivve moulds and fixtures of production parts are performed using CAD / CAM technology at CNC processing center.
