Therefore our costumers want to buy our system instead of stones. Most important difference in our system is producing low cost manufacturing models in desired dimensions, shapes and logos. With the system and machines that we developed, both special manufactures and standard serial manufactures can execute according to request. Selling the system is predominantly came out to the abroad.As Tas Dizayn, our special decorative paving materials are used in various places in Turkey.Aside from the existent colors and moulds, special designs can be executed as well. Our product of C50-hardness resistance that is poured in single layer condition; is decorative, special, resistant to frost, sea and snow water, suitable to winter conditions, hard enough to prevent deforming, and has the same color inside and outside. Our product has a 10-year warranty of wear resistance. The dye used in our product comes with 2 to 10-year warranty. Our paving stones can be produced in every desired place under the condition of building worksites. Our existent worksites are in Ege, Marmara and Ic Anadolu Regions. Selling paving stones is executed by bids, sales outlet and producing on-site.Production is approximately one hundred thousand square meter (100,000 m2)in every worksite. There are a total of 8 people - 5 engineers and 3 administrators - who consist the managerial staff in the firm. Worksite employees consist of 15 permanent people, however, in periodical worksite terms this number goes past 100. Annual production capacity of the firm change between 2 to 5 worksites depending on the bids during the year.The firm produce the products on par with the standards of TSE and has TS 2824 EN 1338 suitability certificate for Turkish Standards and Industrial Registration Certificate. The firm produce paving stones in the sector with a different concept. Produced paving stones are executed shapely from plastic moulds and are homogeneously colored both inside and outside, mixed with concrete additive SRB, sand, aggregate, ferric oxide as a pigmented dyestuff, water and portland cement; received vibration application, without any air bubbles on the surface, poured in a single layer, decorative, suitable to sea and snow water, freeze and winter conditions, hydrophobic and do not keep humidity, resistant to heat, light and deformation, having a large range of model and color, and are of C50-hardness.Produced stones by Tas Dizayn Company can be used in parklands, vehicular and pedestrian roads, landscaping, business centers, schools, hospitals, houses, buildings, holiday villages, playgrounds, car parks, municipality, enviroment and personal designs and architectural concepts.Produced stones are sold to domestic market and the primary costumers of the firm are municipalities. Periodic works continue with almost every municipality in Turkey.A brand new format is prepared in the advertisement world. Namely, our firm can produce named stones. New areas were born for obviating the stoppage in market for advertising agencies who work with billboard system. Advertisement can be done on the ground. After negotiating with the municipalities for the main streets, it is possible to replace the interlude paving stones with the named produced stones on which the firm's advertisements are wanted to be shown (such as Coca Cola, Turkcell...).
