• About Us : Yakacik Valf A.S. have been manufacturing valves and armatures since 1966 which is the first 100% Turkish capital integrated valve manufacturer company in Turkey. Yakacik Valf has an integrated foundation includes design departmen, development department, quality department, casting plant, maching plant, assembly plant, dyeing plant, testing stations, production and control plants. It has a production capacity of 350.00 pieces valves per year. We have been developing our production range with own our own design and patent for the last 15 years. Additionally we have been supplying the products which we do not produce by our diffrent distributorships.We are able to do the casting process of cast iron (GJL 250), ductile iron(0,7040), cast steel(1,0619) and stainless steel(1,4408-1,4086) in our own foundry. There have been piston valves, globe valves, metal sealed globe valves, ball valves, strainers, check valves, blowdown valves, manometer cocks(two way & three way), level gauges(reflex type and magnetic type), natural gas ball valves, fire hydrants, expansion joints(metal & rubber type), brass ball valves, brass strainers & check valves, fan-coil sprinkler type hoses and control valves in our production range.We as "Yakacik Valf A.S." produce our goods according to ISO 9001/2000 quality management system. Additionally CE 0036 PED 97/23 EC/111 MODUL H, ADW. TRD 100, GOST, Fire Safe, TUV AR-314/315 we have TSE quality certificates.Melting procedure is being done in our induction ovens (2 pieces), When the temperature in the ovens becomes 1550-1650 C,then we pass to casting procedure.Before passing to casting procedure all our ovens are measured by spectrometer, the datas are compared with the requested standarts and if the datas are proper it is allowed the casting procedure. If the datas are not proper due to the standarts, the neccessary corrections are done, then analised again and if everything is suitable casting procedure is started.A charge number is given to the product which shows every production procedure details in order to provide the production tracing.All the materials passed the stoning and cleaning steps are marked with the charge number refer to the oven they have exit, than they are brang to metal fillings production.All the processes are being registered by controlling with calibrated devices and gauges. The finished products are being subject to %100 leakage test and then sent to dye house. Our products are dyed with double ply rapid point. After all these processes they are given to our warehouse in order to be prepared for shipment.
