• About Us : Trans Van Links Express Corp.(TVL) , though established in 1983, had started its forwarder business since 1988 when it was a subordinate to Shipping Agency Department. In the early years the forwarding business was not so prosperous and the main job was merely act as booking agent for shipping lines. Having seen the prospect of Taiwan forwarding business, TVL made a breakthrough on the operation of the so called shipping lines agent. Tvl designed a flexible operation system according to the complicated character of international inter-modal transportation. Obtaining and confirming shipping instruction from clients or sales department. 2. Checking and confirming the concerned information from loading ports and discharging ports. 3.
