• About Us : History and Background: In 1979, Jeesoon president, Mr. Rong Lie Chen established a tin-plating manufacturing factory named San Long Mfg. Co. This company produces high quality tin-plated materials including terminals serving customer from Taiwan with great reputation in the past two decades. In 1995, Mr. Chen gathered local engineers and techinicians set up Jeesoon Terminals Co. Ltd aiming at creating a high-quality and modern terminal manufacturing company. In the last few years, Jeesoon's commitments is to produce top-quality terminals and provide better services to meet customer satisfaction. Though Jeesoon Terminals is a relatively new company, every year Jeesoon Terminals Co. Ltdiming at growing of 30% at least. Our plan is to modify production conditions, reducing costs, and enhancing quality. Our goal is to produce high-quality terminals and provide good service to our customers. Therefore, we have been authorized with ISO 9002 certification and UL certification. Industrial advantage: We offer market competitive prices by relatively efficient production process with stable quality. Customer satisfaction first by meeting the delivery on time and efficient production. In addtion, Jeesoon have ability to design and set up most of the manufacturing processes. From the basic product designs, mold designs to complex of designs engineering machinery, Jeesoon have knowledge and skills to create and modify. This is our advantage that we can constantly reduce production defects and increate production qty and rates. Quality control: We are following ISO 9002 quality control standard. All drawing examination, materials inspection, production control, FG quality control, stock management, logitics and servie after sales are under the standard of ISO and tightly controlled. In addition, we also have laboratory with every kind of precised testing and inspection mahcines to ensure quality of products. Delivery: We have set up a just in time program with any of our clients. We usually keep our safety stock for two months. If the stock cannot cover customer demaind, we need 45 days to produce as the lead time. Of course, the lead time depends on the quantity that customer require. Our goal is to satisfy customer satisfactionCapabilities and Equipment: Most of Jeesoon's production equipment is designed and manufacturied by ourselves. Jeesoon's team are with excellent engineers and techinicians. We have ability to maitain and repair all of our machinery. Equipments are under good maintenance daily, weekly and monthly. Utilization percentage of the machines os on average 75% . Because of this reason, we always have spare parts in stock for immediate maintenance and rpairs. Every machine can produce appr. 50k pieces per day and 50, 000k pcs per month.
