A system that satisfies legitimate short-term needs within the long-term rules of nature.Fertilization & Weed management: We consider soil living. Soil health, in our gardens, is maintained byapplying compost planting leguminous grasses using earthworms in vermiculture developing beneficial fungi, bacteria and viruses as micro-organisms that multiply rapidly and outnumber disease causing organismsin the soil manually sickling weeds, restricting their growth, and using the shredded weeds as mulch These operations provide vital nutrients, develop good humus, avoid soil exhaustion, and maintain the soil well-aerated, physical structure.Pest Control: We control tea garden pests naturally. Various methods are used disinfecting tea bushes with neem sprays spraying plants with herbal solutionsthat have strains of specially bred bacteria which check the breeding cycle of harmful pests re-establishing natural cycles, by actively promoting bio-diversity within the garden, and growing various species of grasses, shrubs, plants and flowers. the garden soon becomes home to a variety of insects, birds, bees and animals, and abounds with nests, cobwebs and rabbit holes- thus attracting predators like ladybirds, dragonflies, spiders and frogs that naturally feed on garden pests. These are painless, environment friendly ways to free gardens of harmful pests.
