The main advantages of the factory are: - diversity of fabrics and knitting structures-single jersey, rib, pique, interlock, French terry, thermal, fleece (we have just installed 2 brand new MAYER knitting machines-one for rib 1x1 and one for single jersey with elastan) - competitive price, due to the self produced cotton and cotton / polyester yarn at YANA-factory Bourgas- modern equipped finishing department for yarn, fabric and garment dyeing, washing, dry-cleaning, pigment dyeing, cationic wash, silicon wash, enzyme wash, etc. - the factory is equipped with 2 ZSK embroidery machines and a new MHM screen printing machine (16 printing heads, 4 intermediate flashes, possibility for max 10 colors print, including full color print, capacity of 900 pcs per hour) - own brand and team of designers. We are experienced in operating under the strict quality and deadline requirements imposed by our EU clients.
