We started our own facilities for thermal insulation material EPS till we became the pioneers in this field with a market share locally of around 78%. Lately, our Board of directors decided to expand the group s activity to include the water insulation material Modified Bitumen Membrane. Accordingly, we acquired our new plant built on an area of 21,000 m2 in the first industrial zone in Egypt called 10th of Ramadan which is located 40 km North East of Cairo.Since our group believe on professionalism and due to our deep beliefs in the European machinery we imported a complete state of the art line from Italy to produce the Modified Bitumen Membrane with an annual estimated production quantity of 15,000,000 (Fifteen Million m2) of this material every year. This is the first line in a series of 3 full lines. Also, we had a main concern to be able to produce the different product ranges of MBM which is APP and SBS with all possible thicknesses and surface finish to be able to meet our customer s needs and specifications.Our new plant called INSUTECH (The International Company for Insulation Technologies) INSUTECH produces Modified Bituminous Membrane for Roofing Insulation and other application like Swimming pools, Gardens etc.INSUTECH is very keen to introduce an excellent quality product along with convenient price to be able to compete with other manufacturers of the same in the world.
