Hershey, cousin to the famous Milton S. Hershey, began to manufacture agricultural products in 1936. He hired the mill's first full-time employee in 1956. Mr. Hershey is accredited for being the first entrepreneur to master the soybean flaking process, but never had the process patented. Our "Soyflakes" are a big seller to farmers and other mills unable to manufacture their own.Our sales, mill, trucking, maintenance and office departments all consist of employees with farming backgrounds--hard working, team-oriented, honest people who care a lot about making top-quality feeds, offering industry-leading customer service, and keeping Mark Hershey's legacy going.Our feed mill and office are located at 479 Horseshoe Pike (corner of U.S. Rt. 322 & PA Rt. 241), Lebanon, PA17042, USA.
