Based on "OPC Industrialization Project" which is one of the key high-tech projects of National "863" Program of China. PhotoC develops from the selenium drum Manufacture Department of Hanguang Machinery Plant who began the manufacture of selenium drum used for copy machine since 1970's and cooperated with Konica in 1980's, introducing selenium drum, toner and carrier product line from Japan. It had about 30 years history and experience in the manufacturing and selling of selenium drum, toner and carrier.Self-owned intellectual property right, patent coating chemicals, an introduced product line from U. S. A, an OPC material research & synthesis lab and advanced OPC drum test system enable PhotoC to guarantee the high performance of Handan PhotoC Technologies Co., Ltd. products, and warrant our products to perform in an equivalent manner with OEM products. We have a group of devoted professors, senior engineers and Doctors who constantly test new technology and engineering approaches with an eye to further improve the performance of our products.
