Filter press plate design and distribution was added to the product range in 1984. Micronics Filtration Ltd commenced trading in the UK in 1994 in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. Later adding filter belts, dry filtration & vacuum media products. Trent Filtration was merged as a division of Micronics Ltd in 2002. Micronics Filtration Ltd is now one of the largest media suppliers within the UK. Micronics group have a framework of distributors, agents, sales and service throughout the globe. Micronics Filtration Ltd provide expertise in the design, manufacture, hire and service of the following products:-Filter Cloths, Filter Belts, Drum Cloth, Filter Press Plates, Filter Presses, Product Application, Process systems.Our objective is to maintain prominence in the field of pressure filtration by continuing to develop innovative technical products and providing unparalleled service to our valued customers.Our UK facility operates from its own manufacturing premises with fully employed professional personnel & manufacturing support team. We are a true international company with total support from our $20 million parent company in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, North America. Our Filter press designs are based on proven methods but can be modified to suit your needs and match existing equipment if required. We have the facility to supply the press consumables including filter cloths which in most cases are cut & tailored by our own manufacturing facility in the USA. We are the only filtration company that can truly offer and promote this service and facility.Our fully qualified filter press engineers and technicians are available to carry out build, installation, service, maintenance and process optimisation on all types and makes of filter presses. Micronics specialise in filter press manufacture and upgrades to improve automation, increase efficiency, throughput and performance.
