Founded in 2007, Altitude Importers, started as a small, private importer of various textile and agricultural items such as winter headware and high-end organic teas. Today, while still staying small, we have branched out into other industries, specifically automotive accessories. Many of our employees and friends are automotive enthusiasts and have an interest in automotive accessories and gadgets so it proved to be a solid venture to keep doing what we love. At Altitude Importers we try and buck the U.S. "norms" of how business "should be done". Employee satisfaction proves to be equally important to customer satisfaction. It shows in their interactions with our clients everyday...all day. Four day work weeks, 2 hour lunches that may include a Siesta if needed so that the rest of the day proves more productive. This is an idea that we picked up from our suppliers in Spain. Trust me it works.
