The plums come directly from the Jaswant Bains family farm. Mr. Bains has been in the plum farming business for 25 + years. The plant itself is approximately 50, 000 square feet in size with state of the art processing equipment and techniques. We offer Whole Processed Dried Prunes and Ashlock Pitted Dried Prunes in 25lb, 30lb and 12. 5kg cartons. The 12. 5kg and 10kg cartons can also come in white with the Sacramento Packing, Inc. Logo by special request. All but the Natural Condition dried plums contain potassium sorbate as a preservative. All products can also be certified Kosher.
