All of ProSource Exports vacuum trailer tanks are engineered and designed to maximize the finished vacuum trailers overall durability and lifespan along with optimizing the loading, unloading and transportation of fresh water, liquid industrial and oilfield waste liquids and production water. All of our vacuum trailer tanks are designed by experienced engineers using SoldWorks 3D design software and our engineers work directly with our customers both during the initial designing and final tank manufacturing process to make sure that the finished product far exceeds the customers expectations with the main focus on the finished trailers safety, durability and serviceability. All of our aluminum and stainless steel vacuum trailer tanks are manufactured in ISO 9001-2008 registered or ASME "U" Stamp facilities with the highest quality aluminum or stainless steel available. All of our "None Code" vacuum trailer tanks are built and tested to a design pressure of 25 PSI and all of our DOT 407/412 spec. ASME “U” Stamp vacuum trailer tanks are Certified to a Design Pressure: 35 PSI Internal and 15 PSI External with a 53 PSIG Hydrostatic Test. We also offer other custom built aluminum, low carbon and stainless steel vacuum trailer tanks and truck vacuum body solutions for the municipal waste, construction and mining industries.
