• About Us : Coming from a Family Business Background in Specialty Concrete Repair and Waterproofing Technologies, Paul Schencking has been involved in this industry since the late seventies. As a university student, primarily to earn some extra money, he moved drums of construction chemicals in warehouses, delivered product by the truckload and on trailers, visited underground salt mines and other exciting projects. He installed the first (DOS) computer programs for the family business in the early eighties and got a profound insight in the development and use of construction chemicals, primarily polyurethane foams and structural epoxies. Working at the company lab and at the university lab further instilled his interest in product chemistry. At that time Paul was a medical student and after six years of juggling his academic training with his business ambitions, Paul finally decided in 1987 to abort the studies and commit himself to a full time business career instead. A step he never regretted.In 1988 he moved to Orange County, CA and SealBoss Corp.BAC America Corp. was born. Paul has over 32 years of international experience in the business. Having lived through all stages of this industry from warehouse work and product delivery to product development and business start up, Paul is extremly knowledgeable in his field.
