We have taken a scientific approach to the method and employed equipment and procedures used in the general juicing industry to press the juice out of the fruit with German wine presses then pasteurizing the juice at low temperatures under pressure to maintain all the nutrients. Thus producing a standardized fresh juice rather than a fermented one. The result preserves the polysaccharides and diminishes the bitter taste often associated with other methods.
