We outgrew our frequently mispronounced and misunderstood name Mondial, which is a derivative of the Italian word for worldwide, In January 2008, Foreign Translations received its registered trademark from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. As globalization takes center stage, the company plans to expand its services worldwide. According to Zwerdling, it was necessary to take the appropriate steps to grow and protect the companys brand.
