Buyer must fill out a buyer information form listing his bank and confirming bank details for financial check purposes. Quotes will only be offered to buyers with proven funds available to purchase. Have enough money in your account to show buying power sufficient to cover your purchasing interest. Contract orders will require a revolving letter of credit. Deposits equal to three months of available funds will be necessary to show financial capability to proceed. If less than three months funds are available we will quote spot prices. Manufacture can provide all necessary European, US and GOST certifications. My commission is 3 percent of purchase price. We will negotiate a price, but we are not going to bid.
