Klaus Stosch graduated in chemical engineering and began his career as a sales engineer with a Stuttgart-based company in the surface treatment sector, before moving to the special-purpose engineering sector to head up a department for the electrostatic coating of electronics substrates. Subsequently he was divisional manager with a major plant manufacturer, handling projects in Europe, the United States and the Far East.
