• About Us : Plysolene Ltd relatively small yet professional organisation operating from our site in West Sussex manufacturing high impact polystyrene sheet and rolls.Our Sales and Manufacturing personnel have decades of experience within the high impact polystyrene and vacuum forming industries giving our customers comfort in the knowledge that they are in partnership with a supplier that understands their needs.We began producing hips during the spring of last year with one extrusion line and have quickly built up an excellent customer base which has necessitated the need to expand our capacity. We have taken the decision to invest in our second extrusion line which is due for installation during the autumn of this year.The plyload range of pitch free polymeric DPCs have excellent all round properties including good mortar adhesion, high flexibility and outstanding moisture barrier properties.plyload : a high performance, BBA approved DPC offering outstanding value. Plyload can be used for both commercial and domestic applications. plyload extra : used when you require the properties of plyload but with the added benefit of a thicker material. Plyload extra comes with a BBA certificate.plyload GR : a high performance DPC which has been independently tested to offer outstanding gas barrier properties when it comes into contact with Carbon Dioxide, Methane and Radon gas.plyweld: a high performance DPC which can be high frequency welded, making it ideal for the assembly of preformed units.Ecobuild: a polymeric DPC made from 100% recycled materials. Excellent all round properties makes Ecobuild the environment friendly, cost effective option.We have built an enviable reputation for customer service, speed of response and quality of product over the last 18 months and we now look to expand into the future.
